BSTI is specialized in development, manufacturing and sales of wires, cables , cable accessories as well as is engaged in research and development of the related production technologies. On August, 2nd, 2004, 45,000,000 common stocks of Baosheng Cable was issued and listed on the market in Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the stock number is¡°600973¡±. After issue, the registered capital is 120,000,000 RMB. In August, 2005, as one of the second batch enterprises for share merger pilot reform, Baosheng Cable smoothly passed the share merger reform and the stock name is altered to be ¡°GBaosheng¡±.
At present, BSTI possesses 60 units (sets) of imported equipment, whose functions are boasted as the first-class in the whole global market. and 232 units (sets) of key matching equipment, whose functions are boasted as the first-class in the civil market. The products of BSTI mainly covers four major categories, namely, bare conductors, cables for electric equipment, power cables, and communication cables.
