1.　On May, 16th, 1985, the main factory building of Jiangsu Baosheng Cable Factory broke earth and started construction.
2.　In 1982, Jiangsu Baosheng Cable Factory became the first enterprise in Lixiahe district north Jiangsu whose production and sales amount surpassed 100 million.
3.　On Sep., 28th, 1994, Jiangsu Baosheng Group held the unveiling ceremony and was successively assessed as one of 520 National Key Enterprises, National Key New and High-tech Enterprise, and Jiangsu Key Enterprise Group
4.　Baosheng Group was successively approved to organize and establish the National-level Enterprise technology Center, Post-doctorate Academic Research Work Station and Jiangsu Wire & Cable Engineering Technology Research Center.
5.　On October, 8th, 1999, Baosheng Group established the joint venture Baosheng Pirelli Cable Co., Ltd. with the world largest cable manufacturer –the Italian company Pirelli.
6.　At the end of 2002, Baosheng cable City started construction.
7.　In January, 2004, Baosheng brand wire and cable became the first batch National Inspection-free Product in China cable industry.
8.　In February, 2004, “Baosheng” and its registered trademark picture became the first Well-known Trademark of China in the domestic cable industry.
9.　On August, 2nd, 2004, the stock of Baosheng Science &Technology Innovation Inc. was officially issued and listed on the market in Shanghai Stock Exchange.
10.　In September, 2004, “Baosheng” branded wires and cables become the first batch Name-brand Product of China” in the domestic cable industry.
11.　In August, 2005, as one of the second batch 42 enterprises for share merger pilot reform, and the only state holding company and listed company among the four pilot reform enterprises in Jiangsu province, Baosheng Science & Technology smoothly passed and carried out the share merger reform.
12.　In May, 2005, Xia Licheng, chairman of the board and general secretary of the party committee of Baosheng Group, was awarded with the title of “National Model Worker”.
13.　In August, 2005, Baosheng Group Co., Ltd, Guohua Chiyuan Environment Project Co., Ltd., China Power Complete Equipment Co., Ltd., Shenyang Transformer Academy and Baoying Xianxing Electric Power Co., Ltd. play as the co-founders to jointly found and establish Jiangsu Baosheng Electric Inc.
14.　In 2005, Jiangsu Science & Technology Office approved Baosheng to organize and establish the only wire and cable engineering technology research center in Jiangsu province.
15.　In 2005, QC group of Special Cable Manufacturing Department is evaluated as “National Excellent Quality Management Group”, and the QC activity “Increase the Insulating Process Once Check Pass Rate” became the only winning achievement in both the domestic cable industry and Yangzhou.
16.　In 2005, Baosheng Group was awarded with the title of “Model Unit of Jiangsu
Province”.
17.　In 2005, Xia Licheng, chairman of the board and general secretary of the party committee of Baosheng Group was elected as “The First Round of Top 10 Economic News Makers of Yangzhou”with the highest votes and was awarded with the prize of “Figure With Prominent Contribution”.
18.　Baosheng Group was honored to be listed in Top 500 Enterprises of China Manufacturing Industry.
19.　In 2006, Xia Licheng, chairman of the board and general secretary of the party committee of Baosheng Group, was elected as “Top 10 News Makers of Yangzhou”.
20.　In 2006, Baosheng Group was assessed to be “Environment-friendly Enterprise of Jiangsu Province”.
21.　In May, 2006, Yangzhou municipal party committee and municipal government published the decision of “learn from Baosheng”.
22.　In January, 2007, Baosheng Group was elected as one of the “2007-2008 Top 100 Enterpriseswhich are Specially Fostered and Developed by Jiangsu Province”.
23.　In May, 2007, Baosheng Group was awarded with the honorable title of “National May Day Certificate of Merit” by All China Federation of Trade Unions.
